Devon Enterprise Facility

Devon Enterprise Facility, as a single building was formerly owned by Tecalemit Garage Equipment and then by Sentinel. It was built in 1977.

The main building has now been sub-divided into self contained units of varying sizes. There are also newly built self contained units for industrial / warehouse use. They have been built on surplus land below the main building. Nine of them are contained within a single terrace and one is detached.

The whole site is currently occupied and hosts a range of businesses from a variety of sectors.
